Video call bookings may be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Custom video orders are bespoke productions. Once work has begun, orders are non-refundable. If an order has not yet started, a refund may be issued at Kylie Ross's discretion.

For manual payment methods (Cash App, Zelle), refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.
